Solution:
Go to Uriel. He sends you to read the Asun Stone Memorial at Easy Monkey Dungeon. Return to Uriel and he will send you on another task, to read the Seul Rong Stone Memorial in Valley of Seungryong, teh monument is in the middle next to Hwang Temple.
