This NPC is not needed for any quests	Every player need 3x Twisted Keys to enter Dragon Lair. The first player can set a password and then he have 5 minutes to give this password to his group member. After that the Dragon Lair is blocked for 1 hour. In Dragon Lair he can teleport you to the beginn from Grotto of Exile.
